1/4oz Simple Syrup

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Sparkling Wine
Take a big sip (around 1/3 of the can), reseal lid and freeze overnight. When ready to make, shake the can so the frozen solids combine and become slushy. Add the juice from half a lemon into the can with ¼ oz simple syrup. Shake again with lid on, remove lid and fill to the top with sparkling wine.
